God is getting ready to eradicate the enemy’s plans with a kiss that will shake the nations!

The Lord began stirring a Word in me earlier, then He reminded me of something that happened several years ago, that correlated. I had not long before, moved to the state of Missouri, after my divorce. I was wrecked, broken, and lost. I didn’t even know who I was anymore, let alone what my “status” with Christ was-I had not yet discovered the relationship that comes with communion with Him-but He was about to change it all.
During those first few years after moving here, God began peeling back the self-applied bandages of deep-rooted hurts and pain, rejection and fear. It was an extremely painful process. But once opened, He began to heal the deep wound from the inside out, extracting infections that had festered for years, but could never heal with the temporary and insufficient bandages I kept applying. The healing was swift and seamless. The recovery was priceless. He took me through the most intimate season of restoration and realizing who He was, and who I was in Him. He had my undivided attention, and I felt as though I had His. Early morning prayer became our time together (still is, actually).
One very early morning, I was sound asleep in a hotel room at Youth Convention. No doubt, running on fumes from late services and fellowship, and early mornings, to do it all over again. Suddenly, I was awakened by a palpable, gentle but firm kiss on my cheek. It honestly startled me. I sat up, and looked around…the other 2 girls in the room were sound asleep. Just as suddenly, I was fully awake and aware of God’s incredible presence in the room! I slipped into the suite area of the room, closing the doors, and had the best time in His presence that I’d ever had! That was the only time to date I’ve ever felt His physical touch…but what a treasure!
The Lord began stirring me today, about how the enemy has offered a nice, shiny red apple to His Church, His Bride, His Beauty. The delicious apple is packaged in awesome programs, beautiful church houses, and large congregations. His Beauty has been enticed, and could not resist the temptation of the beautiful fruit, even though the hand that held it is wicked beyond measure. His Beauty bit the apple, and fell into a deep sleep. It’s as though time has stood still, and the World cannot even palpitate a pulse of The Church. While the enemy is rejoicing, the World looks on, as though She is dead. Is there any hope? What can be done to save Her? Suddenly, without warning, the Prince appears, and somehow He knows His only job and Her only hope, is the kiss from His lips that will awaken Her from Her trance-like slumber! And so, He leans down, and with great purpose, He kisses His Beauty, and on contact, Her eyes are opened, She sits up and springs back into action, the World standing in awe of what they just witnessed.
The Church has been asleep for far too long! God is getting ready to eradicate the enemy’s plans with a kiss that will shake the nations! They will no longer wonder if She is alive, they will be moved by the purpose in which She walks when She wakes! She cannot wake Herself, and the enemy cannot keep Her down! The Prince is coming to redeem Her!
