When people think of witches, many see images of old hags with nose warts and black-pointy hats—or the recall some mystical TV character Hollywood conjured up.
But beyond darkness-driven witches that curse and hex presidents, a new breed of witches is putting a fanciful spin on entertainment clichés.
Indeed, we’re seeing an iconic, outspoken sorceress sincerely pleading for witch rights. Her name is Lady Rhea.
This high priestess and “Witch Queen of New York” is the proud founder of the Witch Pride Parade, which InsideEdition.com reports “marches across New York City every summer to fight for acceptance in society, and leads to WitchFest, a festival celebrating witches.”
“A witch means we are earth worshippers, having the sacred space to invoke the gods to descend and be with us, to have the opportunities to give them praise, to give them love, to give them recognition,” Rhea told InsideEdition.com. “I love magic and I love to help people.”
Listening to her speak, Lady Rhea seems like a kind woman who means no harm to anyone at all. She certainly comes across kinder and more loving than the heresy hunters that constantly attack preachers in the name of Christ. She made a convincing plea to InsideEdition.com and caused me to see another side of what some may call “white witches.”

Though I disagree with their beliefs and practices, I felt the Lord’s love for them.
Of course, Lady Rhea has a right to believe as she chooses, but I can’t ignore the Exodus 20:3, the words God gave the Israelites after He delivered them from oppression: “You shall have no other gods before me.”
Still, God loves the white witch who worships the earth He created—and He wants them to know Him.
“People need to understand we’re not demonologists, we are not Satanists, we are not anti-anything. We are earth worshippers and we want to worship our own gods without people going through persecution,” Rhea told InsideEdition.com. “This is solidary for all religions.”
Rhea told InsideEdition.com she grew up in church. “I’m still to this day a very great Mary worshipper. I love the Christ and His teachings they are beautiful.”
In pondering Rhea and those like her, the Lord spoke to me. I am offering this as a prophetic word to white witches from Creator God:
“I created you in My image and I love you with a passion. Look for me in the earth you worship—the earth I created and you will find Me. You will see me in nature and in the sky and in the birds of the air—My creation. If you look closely, you will see that my handiwork is undeniable and my creative power unspeakable. I love you with a passion. Turn to me and you will find peace and power to reach a generation of people searching for the supernatural. You can be a change agent in the earth. Ask Me to show You my glory and wait to see what happens next.”

Wow! What a beautiful word for them. May the Lord open their spiritual eyes and ears to see Him and His deep love and compassion for them and come to know Him. May many of the white witches receive Him as savior! May we all have a heart of love and compassion toward them as God gives us opportunity to share the gospel with them. Create divine appointments for us Lord and fill our mouths with utterance from You.

Jesus said that He is the Truth, the Light and the Way – the only way to the Father is through Him.

Although beautifully written, the prayer to the Creator God leaves out the most important reference: “Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.” John 14:6.
By telling someone, who already worships the earth, to look to His creation to find “peace and power” may not be the way to have them “come to the Father”.
May the Father have mercy on those held hostage by Wicca. May the Holy Spirit lead them to Jesus the only way to the Father, peace and power.
