(By Hakeem Collins) The Word of the Lord came to me on Memorial Day weekend while I was in my hotel room preparing for a prophetic encounter service on Sunday morning.
As I was wrestling in my bed the Lord wanted to speak to me. He told that many of His people have been experiencing suddenly attacks from the enemy. There has been some behind the scene plots and schemes of hits that will shake them to the very core. Many of His people are questioning if they did anything wrong to warrant any of these “snowball” hits that occurs.
There are prayer requests and petitions that many of you have before the Lord and have not seen any sign of the prayers coming through. I ask the Lord what is it? The Lord shared with me that many of His people have been hit hard by the enemy recently from all different angles. There has been economic, financial, marital, physical, emotional, spiritual and mental hits. Due to those sudden attacks from the adversary that some have lost confidence in what God has said and what you have prayed for.
As a result of the constant blows from the enemy has created a pattern of doubt, disbelief, unbelief and fear to move in faith while standing on the prophetic promises of the Lord. The Lord reminded of the Elijah praying from rain to come and the Lord told me to encourage His people to don’t stop looking. He spoke to me to tell His people to “Go look again.”
The Lord says that your prayers has been heard and this is your time of an open heaven. God desires to soak you and drench you in His glory while showering you with divine blessings. The Prophet Elijah put His head between his needs and prayed while sending his servant up to look for sign of a prophetic fulfillment.
Moreover, many of you have been looking and saw nothing like the servant of the prophet Elijah but God is saying go back and see. It took seven times until the servant beheld a cloud as small as man’s hand or fist. God is releasing His divine hand of provision, favor and blessings to those who has been faithful in this season of suddenly hardship.
What you are looking for is coming towards you. Don’t lose hope, faith and trust in what God has spoken. The drought is coming to an end. The spiritual famine is coming to a close. You are on the cusp of an out-pour of God’s blessings. Revival is coming to you personally, spiritually and financially to fund the vision of God in your heart
I Kings 18:43-45 “He said to his servant, “Go up now, look toward the sea.” So he went up and looked and said, “There is nothing.” And he said, “Go back ” seven times. It came about at the seventh time, that he said, “Behold, a cloud as small as a man's hand is coming up from the sea.” And he said, “Go up, say to Ahab, Prepare your chariot and go down, so that the heavy shower does not stop you.'” In a little while the sky grew black with clouds and wind, and there was a heavy shower. And Ahab rode and went to Jezreel.…”
As you ask for the rain through prayer, intercession and fasting, the Lord is going to send the rain. God had heard your cry! I prophesy that the rain of glory is coming towards you to soak and marinate you in His presence.
Time to go swimming. It's time go go dancing in the rain!
