Some may say you’re not qualified, but God qualifies you.

By Angela Stolba

Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. | Ephesians 6:13

Stand tall, My beloved! Know that My blood speaks a better word over you, even in the face of false accusations and character assassinations (Hebrews 12:24). Always remember who you are and Whose you are. You are mine, and nothing can ever separate you from My love.

What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written:

“For your sake we face death all day long;
we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 8:31:39).

There will be those who don’t see you rightly. They will make false assumptions about you and dishonor you in their words and speech. However, take no offense, My Bride; love intentionally and radically. For as it is written, “they will know you by your love” (John 13:35). Resist the urge to defend yourself; walk in humility and know that I, Myself, am your vindicator and your defender. Surely I will contend with those who contend with you, and your children I will save (Isaiah 49:25).

For this is what the Lord Almighty says: “After the Glorious One has sent me against the nations that have plundered you—for whoever touches you touches the apple of his eye (Zechariah 2:8).

You are on the right path, though it is narrow and few may follow. Know that I am well pleased with you! I alone am your exceedingly great reward (Genesis 15:1). Keep moving forward and do not grow weary in well doing, for surely you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).

Some may say you’re not qualified, but I, Myself, qualify you. Where man has looked at your outward appearance, I have seen your true heart (1 Samuel 16:7). Do not shrink back, rather stand tall, even in the face of adversity. Heaven is cheering you on, for your life is making a difference in My Kingdom and throughout eternity.

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us (Hebrews 12:1).
