We need to allow the Holy Spirit to Flood the atmosphere and the ground that we have been called to plow.

The Lord caught me up in a vision and I saw a man working a plow in a field of dry dirt. The dirt was extremely hardened and dried up because of the lack of moisture in the ground. Because of the condition of the ground the man who was plowing barely even broke the surface of the ground. His hands were splintered from the plow handle and blisters were forming. The ground needed to be plowed but the conditions of the ground made it tiresome and more work than it truly needed to be. The plowman was in the right field trying to break up the right ground; but the conditions that caused the ground to be hardened made it hard on the plowman and his efforts alone barely had an impact on the field.
I heard the Lord speak. “He needs My rain, the ground is easier to plow after it has rained. It will be saturated to the point that the plowing will become easy”. “When My rain comes it will heal the plowman’s wounds and restore his strength”
The Lord then explained what this was. He said there are some in life and in ministry trying to do what I have called them to do in their own efforts. They are in the right places I have called them to; they have the right tools & gifting’s to break up the ground in order to bring forth the harvest I have called them to. But they are leaning on their strengths, their talents, and their abilities. Because of this it they have experienced hurts and wounds that I never desired for them. They are barely scratching the surface when I have called them to dig deep.
They need to soak in My Presence, they need to Lean on Me and not their own efforts, they need to allow the Holy Spirit to Flood the atmosphere and the ground that I have called them to. When the operate out of My strength they will no grow weary! So call forth the rain of My Glory and Presence, Call forth the Holy Spirit and allow Him to have His way! Is it their strength that will make the difference in a region or is it Mine. Is it My voice people need to hear or theirs. They are in the field I called them to, but they need to allow Me to work in them and through them. My Presence is what is needed!
If they do this, they will watch and see that I will open the flood gate of heaven and pour out My Glory upon them and their field. They will be strengthened and renewed like an eagle allowing My wind to carry them and they will not grow weary. The ground will become easy to plow and the work will become easy. The burden of their own past efforts will be lifted off of them and the harvest will be great.
Exodus 33:14-18 And He said, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” Then he said to Him, “If Your Presence does not go with us, do not bring us up from here. For how then will it be known that Your people and I have found grace in Your sight, except You go with us? So we shall be separate, Your people and I, from all the people who are upon the face of the earth.” So the Lord said to Moses, “I will also do this thing that you have spoken; for you have found grace in My sight, and I know you by name.”
And he said, “Please, show me Your glory.”
