Have you ever tried buffalo mozzarella or milk? I’ve talked a number of times on my site about the dangers of conventional dairy. The pasteurization process that most conventional dairy products undergo destroys enzymes and probiotics and alters amino acids. Nearly all commercial milk is also homogenized, a process that oxidizes fats and creates free radicals. Buffalo products are one of the healthier alternatives to conventional milks and cheeses I choose to consume as a part of my balanced diet.
