It's Time for Joyful Increase

They assembled in secret, fearful of persecution. The disciples of Jesus had been accused of stealing the body of Christ from His tomb. Previously, the disciples had seen the resurrected Saviour; Jesus appeared to them behind closed doors. Their doubts had been dispelled; Jesus had shown them His hands and His side that had been pierced by the Roman soldiers at His crucifixion. Indeed, Jesus was alive! While their faith had been solidified, their physical welfare and future mission remained in question. In this private appearance of the Saviour to the disciples, Thomas was absent.

This government will continue to decree righteousness through alignments with key nations, standing for life of the unborn, the supporting of Israel and the belief in Christian values and prayer.”

Recently the Lord has been speaking to me from the story of Elisha and King Jehoash in 2 Kings 13:16. In the story, Elisha was sick and would soon die from the illness, but he had one more prophetic assignment or act to be a part of before leaving the earth. This was not just any act, but a very strategic, prophetic act that carries significance for us even today.
In reading through the stories of the Bible, it becomes clear that God uses people who are willing to engage with him in seemingly “foolish” acts to accomplish His purposes and will. In this story we find a king and an old prophet shooting arrows out a window, but their faith, along with their obedience to perform the prophetic acts had the potential to shift things in the spiritual atmosphere over a nation.

How to Take Advantage of a New Era

I Am Fanning the Flame & Increasing the Land!
During worship at an intercessory prayer gathering recently, I had a vision of a city at night. I saw that some of the houses had, what looked like, containers of fire burning in the middle of them. Next, sparks began flying from the houses and spreading over the city.
I heard the Lord say, “My house shall be called a house of prayer. I am fanning the flame of prayer altars in homes. From these ‘home prayer altars,' my wind will send sparks throughout the region. These sparks will begin to ignite a hunger in the souls of those who have filled their lives with other things. Those other things will no longer satisfy and the hunger will grow. They will begin to cry out for Me, and I will answer and fill them with a strong awareness of My presence that they cannot deny and that no other source will satisfy.
