God has not given us a spirit of fear. Fear is a bondage. Where the spirit of the Lord is there is liberty (2 Corinthians 3:17). Can you see the contrast?

Fear has torment (1 John 4:18). Just as there are levels of fear, from slight dread all the way to full-blown panic, there are degrees of torment. But Jesus was tormented on the cross so that we can take authority over fear.

Here are 50 prayer points to drive out the spirit of fear.

Lord, thank You for Your promise that You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Father, I confess and repent of any fear that I have allowed to take root in my heart.
