Known prophetically as the Forerunner State, Florida is seeing a population boom and an aging population. With so many retirees heading to the state, 25 percent of Florida’s population will be 65 or older by 2030.
A melting pot state, nearly one in five Floridians will be foreign-born, with whites assuming the minority, by 2030. Rural populations will explode and Millennials will take over as the dominant age group. With this, affordable housing is a critical challenge—and on top of this are skyrocketing insurance rates and inflation.
Let’s pray:
- Identificationally repent for abortions and the shedding of innocent blood; covenant breaking of the indigenous peoples; idolatry, immorality, violence, and the past history of wars on the land. Pray these strongholds are uprooted from the foundation of the state.
- Declare the apostolic, governmental war mantle of Florida shifts and changes the nation.
- Decree justice and righteousness is the foundation of the land.
- Intercede for a total ban on abortion.
- Pray current state officials walk in the fear of the Lord; for righteous rulership who aligns with God's Word. \
- Pray for the 2024 Florida elections; for peaceful and just state and local elections.
- Ask God for governmental reformers to rise up who have an agenda to advance the Kingdom in Florida and refuse to bow to the culture of this world.
- Pray for an abundance of resources for Christian businesses. Call forth Kingdom companies who create wealth to establish His covenant on the earth.
- Pray the media mountain reports truthfully and voices of righteousness rise up to spread the Good News.
- Pray against the indoctrination of anti-Biblical, biased, and false information within the Florida education system.
- Bless this next generation. Pray the Light is revealed in darkness on all school and university campuses.
- Break and dismantle all plots and plans of any school shootings throughout the entire state in the name of Jesus.
- Pray for the dismantling of all human and drug trafficking rings and that God would bring confusion to the enemy's camp.
- Pray God would save and deliver those in bondage of drug addiction and death.
- Pray for the restoration and healing of marriages; for Godly behavior to be modeled in the homes of Florida.
- Call forth and speak order over the families of this state.
- Declare exposure and the uprooting of every terrorist cell in every city across the entire state of Florida.
- Break and take authority over every power of witchcraft released over the land.
- Pray the blinders are removed from the eyes of those who practice the occult in this state; that they would encounter the heart of Jesus and turn from their wicked ways.
- Pray believers called to the arts and entertainment mountain stand strong in purity and holiness.
- Ask God to pour out a spirit of repentance on the state and that the Gospel would run swiftly.
- Decree the gates of hell will not prevail against the church in Florida.
- Pray the church would rise up in boldness and not back down amidst the fight.
- Ask God to send and release His angels of protection to surround the borders of the state.
- Declare Florida is the forerunner state for the nation, forerunning in revival.
- Declare awakening and societal reformation within every mountain of societal influence throughout the entire state.
