Scripture tells us God moves us from faith to faith, from strength to strength and from glory to glory.
Sometimes, though, we let fear stand in the way of our uprising. Even though when you get to a new level—or even on the way to the new level—you may face new devils, the Lord does not want us to be afraid of the next level. When He calls you up, He prepares you for the journey.
I heard the Lord say:
“I have prepared you for such a time as this. I’ve not just called you for such a time as this and left you unprepared to go in, but I’ve prepared you for such a time as this. And you will learn and you will glean along the way. You will begin to see how and why as you walk toward My will. For I do not show you everything in advance but I show you what you need to know; enough to inspire you to move ahead with My Spirit.
“And, don’t you think if I called you to do it I would empower you with whatever you need—the resources, the grace, the connections? Don’t you think that I will set it along the path for you? But many of you faint before you get to the next outpost. Many faint before you reach that next divine connection. Many of you faint in the midst of the battle and in the face of your fears before you get to the place of provision.
“Continue plowing, continue pushing, continue pressing. Don’t stop because things don’t look right. Don’t stop because people around you come against you. Don’t stop because you can’t see the end from the beginning, because I see it. I know the path.
“Don’t you think I’m with you? Don’t you think I’ll tell you what you need to know? Don’t you think I’ll send you the reinforcements? But still you don’t always trust Me so that is why you stayed behind while others advanced—because it’s according to your level of faith that you will rise. It’s according to your level of obedience that you will rise. It’s according to your level of willingness that you will rise.
“So don’t be afraid of My will. Don’t be afraid of what I’ve called you to. Don’t be afraid of the devils along the path, because I am your Lord and I am greater than these things. And I’m calling today into a new level; a new measure of trust; a new level of abandonment; a new level of surrender; a new level of glory.”
