Frustration can be an emotion, or it can be a spirit.

We need to learn to discern the difference, how to control our emotions, and how to crucify our flesh. But sometimes you need to wage war.

Here are 50 prayer points against the spirit of frustration.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I come against every spirit of frustration attacking my life, and I command it to be broken now.

I declare that no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against me in judgment, I condemn.

I plead the blood of Jesus over my mind, and I command every thought of frustration to bow to the name of Jesus.

I decree that every plan of the enemy to steal my peace through frustration is null and void.

I release the fire of God against every demonic force causing frustration in my life.

By the authority of Jesus Christ, I bind every spirit of confusion and declare that I have the mind of Christ.
