Yet, the stronghold of pornography can often feel overwhelming, leaving many feeling trapped and defeated, guilty and condemend. However, there is hope and freedom through the power of Jesus Christ.

How can we break the stronghold of pornography?

1. Acknowledge the Struggle

The first step in breaking free from pornography is acknowledging the struggle. Denial only strengthens the enemy’s hold. Recognize that pornography is a sin that affects not only your relationship with God but also your relationships with others and your own mental and emotional health.
