The award-winning Christian singer, Tauren Wells, celebrated his 6 year old son’s baptism in the Holy Spirit.
In an Instagram post on June 24, Tauren Wells revealed how his son, Kanaan, was unexpectedly filled with the Holy Spirit.
“Really don’t even have the words for this one. Kanaan was filled with the Holy Spirit today, speaking in other tongues. Born again of the water and the spirit as Jesus put it. Like water baptism, we’ve talked about this a lot too,” Tauren proudly testified.
Tauren Wells: Christian, Singer & Father
The proud father couldn’t help but show the world God moving in his son’s life. He also brought up how much they have prayed that God would give his son a radical encounter with Him. And God really did it!
“I could feel it coming. We’ve always prayed that God would give this guy an unusual love for Him, the Word, and people. Seeing God beginning to bring it to pass in his life is…indescribable. I am SO GRATEFUL. Praise God!!” he wrote in the post.
A month before Kanaan received the fire of the Holy Spirit, Tauren disclosed that he was water baptized. For the reason that his son wanted to experience more of God’s presence.
The Instagram photo showed Kanaan soaked in tears and lifting up his hands. A beautiful picture of a child worshiping and devoting himself to both his Father and Creator.
