Heaven’s Court Is in Session: Issue Divine Arrest Warrants Tonight

There are moments in the spirit when Heaven’s courtroom convenes in a special session; times when God calls His intercessors, prophets, and watchmen to take their place and legislate His justice on the earth.

I believe we are in such a moment now. Heaven’s court is in session, and the Holy Spirit is summoning His people to stand before the Righteous Judge and issue divine arrest warrants against the forces of darkness that have been wreaking havoc unchecked.

The Righteous Judge Is on the Throne

Psalm 9:7-8 says, “But the Lord sits enthroned forever; He has established His throne for judgment, and He judges the world with righteousness; He executes judgment on the nations with fairness.”

Heaven’s courtroom is not a metaphor. It’s a spiritual reality where God renders verdicts, where accusations from the enemy are answered, and where justice is decreed.

Many believers don’t realize that the enemy operates through legalities. Satan is an accuser (Revelation 12:10). He thrives on unrepented sin, ungodly covenants, and broken spiritual laws that give him access. But God, as the Righteous Judge, has already rendered a verdict in our favor through the blood of Jesus. Our part is to enforce it through prayer, decree, and prophetic intercession.

When the Enemy Overplays His Hand

There are times when the enemy’s activity becomes blatant; times when witchcraft, manipulation, false accusation, or demonic sabotage begins to push beyond the boundaries of your patience. That’s when it’s time to appeal to Heaven’s court.

When Paul cast out the spirit of divination in Acts 16, he was responding to a demonic system that had targeted his ministry. Likewise, Elijah confronted Jezebel’s witchcraft head-on, and Moses stretched out his rod to bring judgment on Pharaoh’s oppression. In each case, the servant of God executed divine justice because Heaven had already ruled.

When the enemy has gone too far, you have the authority to bring him before Heaven’s tribunal and say, “Lord, issue a divine arrest warrant for every unclean power resisting Your purpose in my life, my city, and my nation.”

What Is a Divine Arrest Warrant?

A divine arrest warrant is a prophetic decree that restrains and removes demonic powers from operation. It’s not about vengeance. It’s about justice. It’s a legal prayer rooted in the authority of Christ, aligning your words with Heaven’s verdict.

When Jesus said, “Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven” (Matthew 18:18), He was talking about divine authority delegated to His ekklesia—the governing church. To “bind” means to restrict, to prohibit, to arrest. In other words, when Heaven’s court agrees with your decree, spiritual forces must comply.

You’re not fighting from earth trying to reach Heaven. You’re seated in Heavenly places with Christ (Ephesians 2:6), executing His judgments on the powers of darkness.

How to Issue Divine Arrest Warrants

  1. Enter the Courtroom with Clean Hands
Begin with repentance. Ask the Holy Spirit to search your heart for any unconfessed sin, bitterness, or unforgiveness that could give the enemy a legal foothold (Psalm 24:3–4). You cannot demand justice while harboring injustice.
  2. Present Your Case Before God
Remind God of His Word. Declare the promises He has given you. Just as a lawyer cites legal precedent, cite Scripture that backs your petition. For example: “Lord, You said no weapon formed against me shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).”
  3. Name the Adversary’s Operation
Be specific. Call out the assignment that has been warring against you: witchcraft, false accusation, slander, manipulation, or delay. Present evidence of its effects in your life or ministry, and ask Heaven to intervene.
  4. Appeal to the Blood of Jesus
The blood is your legal right of standing. Revelation 12:11 says, “They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.” Plead the blood over every accusation and ask the Righteous Judge to rule in your favor.
  5. Decree the Arrest and Enforcement
Once you sense Heaven’s agreement, decree with boldness:
“In the name of Jesus, I issue divine arrest warrants against every demonic power resisting the plans of God for my life. I command them to cease and desist, to stand down and submit to the authority of Christ!”
  6. Thank God for the Verdict
Praise is your seal of faith. Worship shifts the atmosphere and activates angelic enforcement (Psalm 149:6–9). When you praise, you’re acknowledging that the case is settled and the outcome is guaranteed.

Angels Enforce Heaven’s Verdict

Hebrews 1:14 reminds us that angels are “ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation.” When you issue divine decrees from the courtroom of Heaven, angels move to carry them out. Just as a sheriff enforces a judge’s order, angelic hosts enforce the rulings of Heaven.

In Daniel 10, we see an angel responding to Daniel’s prayer with a verdict from Heaven—but opposition delayed the answer. That’s why persistence is vital. Keep pressing. Keep decreeing. Keep standing until you see breakthrough manifest in the natural.

Heaven Is Listening

The Spirit of the Lord is calling intercessors into a courtroom session tonight. You may feel resistance, confusion, or spiritual turbulence because the enemy senses the arrest order about to be released. But do not shrink back. Stand in your authority as a blood-bought believer. Heaven’s gavel is about to fall in your favor.

Isaiah 54:17 is still true: “No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord.”

Heaven’s court is in session. Take your place. Issue divine arrest warrants. Watch as the Lord of Hosts releases judgment in your favor and establishes His justice on the earth.
