It was 2016, and I was in a prayer room in New York City. I could still hear the sounds of the city streets below, but inside, the atmosphere was thick with the presence of God. As I knelt in that room, the Lord spoke to me in a way that I will never forget.
He said, “Pour out your life as a drink offering to the next generation.”
It wasn’t just a suggestion—it was a mandate. And it hit me like a thunderclap. I knew God was calling me to invest intentionally and sacrificially in raising up the next generation of prophets. Not just to equip them with head knowledge or techniques but to pour out my very life so they can stand strong in their prophetic calling.
In 2019, I launched the Next-Gen Prophets Collective to gather and activate a generation of bold, fearless prophets ready to step into their God-ordained spheres of influence. Whether you’re speaking to a digital generation on social media, standing against cultural tides in your community, or disrupting the plans of principalities through intercession, this movement is about equipping and sending you to fulfill your unique prophetic mandate.
Here’s the heart of it: we’re about building a prophetic family, a tribe where your voice is heard, your gifts are sharpened, and your spirit is aligned with apostolic order. Too many prophets in this generation feel isolated, hiding in the caves or muzzled by religion. But God is calling us out. In the Old Testament, prophets moved in schools and companies—not in isolation. They challenged kings, shifted nations, and birthed revival. That’s your calling, too.
Let’s be real: walking in the prophetic isn’t just about hearing God’s voice; it’s about carrying His heart with integrity. Proverbs 27:17 (TPT) says, “It takes a grinding wheel to sharpen a blade, so one person sharpens the character of another.” We need each other. Isolation breeds stagnation. Community refines us. Character matters as much as charisma, and in a loving, competition-free environment, we can grow into prophetic voices that honor God.
The Next-Gen Prophets Collective exists to educate, mentor, and launch a prophetic movement that crosses generational, racial, and ethnic lines. Together, we’re raising up a standard of righteousness in the nations, partnering with intercessors, and challenging the culture with the Word of the Lord. It’s about being courageous and consistent. It’s about standing as a prophetic force for Christ in these last days.
