“Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones.”  (Proverbs 3:7-8)The Bible, aside from spelling out the life accounts of patriarchs and prophets, the redemptive work of Christ for humanity and the dos and don’ts of our faith as does every manual, also makes bare many principles concerning attaining good physical, mental and spiritual health.
