Get ready to cross over!

As I was getting ready this morning the Lord spoke to me and said “tell my people, this is the season of their crossover.” He then reminded me of the book of Joshua when the Israelites had came to the point of crossing the Jordan (see Joshua 3)
I want to take a second and go back to the promise originally spoken by God to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. God promised that He Himself would give to their descendants what we know as “the promised land.” We pass through generation after generation until we reach the allotted time for the children of Israel to inherit the land of Canaan. They had experienced everything from slavery, multiple plagues, and forty years through the wilderness with nothing but a promise spoken by God.
It was after this point they find themselves at the river of Jordan. Before Joshua can lead them to the land flowing with milk and honey they are faced with this task. It seems simple in theory but the river of Jordan was actually very large, the currents ran rapid, it was extremely intimidating and among all that it was during the flood stage that they were commissioned to cross. By Gods leading they crossed over to the other side living solely off of a word that they heard out of the mouth of their ancestors long ago.
God said it's time once again that I'm calling my people to cross over to the other side. You have traveled through a season in the wilderness. You have lived clinging onto promises that seem to be ancient. You have been holding on to them, not knowing when you were going to see the fulfillment. The enemy has tried to attack your health, he's tried to steal the promise. But God says I'm calling you to cross over the other side. Now is the time of breakthrough, and now is the time for you to crossover into the land of promise.
The Body of Christ is reaching a turning point. We're at a defining moment for the Church where God is bringing refinement and reformation. I see in the spirit a monumental shift taking place this week that will last till mid to late January. Many of you will be commissioned to cross over your Jordan. I see many of you experiencing an upgrade. Words that have laid dormant for years are now being activated over you. You are stepping into new realms and new dimensions.
God then spoke to me concerning Joshua 3:17. We see in this passage the priests carrying the ark of the covenant from the banks to the middle of the Jordan onto dry ground. It was the signal to the Israelites to advance. The priest remained there upholding the ark of the covenant until all of Israel passed by on dry ground.
God then spoke to me and said I have sent my apostles and prophets to carry my covenant. He said through the mouth of the prophets I have sounded the alarm. I have signaled the time of advancement. They will uphold my covenant on dry ground while the body of Christ crosses over and advances to the other side. God is returning the apostolic mandate to the church and he is bringing reformation back to the body of Christ. There are apostolic voices rising up that God has commissioned to go before. They have been commissioned to bridge the gap and the church will once again embrace the five-fold ministry. They will work together according to their office, mandate, and calling. Like we see in the boom of Joshua they will work together as a team to advance to the point of breakthrough and of promise. This is the season of upgrade, and this is the season of the crossover in Jesus name.
