What I Eat in a Day | Daily Food Intake | Dr. Josh Axe

In this video, I'm going to share with you what I eat in a day! I've been testing foods for years to see what makes me feel my best.

Here's what I eat on an average day:

Breakfast – Superfood Smoothie with almond or coconut milk, blueberries, goji berry powder, spinach, Bone Broth Protein Chocolate, Multi Collagen Protein and a dash of pumpkin pie spice.

Lunch – Organic, pasture-raised meat with veggies and sprouted grain rice with hummus on the side

Dinner – Organic, pasture-raised meat with steamed or baked veggies
