A cheat day is a day that you allow yourself to hop off your diet and eat whatever you want. A cheat day can be any day of the week, but most people schedule their cheat day over the weekend. The theory behind having a day to eat anything is that you’ll stick to your diet throughout the rest of the week and stave off cravings.
