The Holy Spirit called her into ministry with Matthew 10—Jesus gave His disciples authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease. The only problem is she was illiterate. When she heard Holy Spirit's instruction she had to find someone to read her the words from the Bible.
Her name is Anna. Both her parents were dead when the Lord called her and she goes down in revival history as one of the most authoritative messengers of awakening in the 20th century. According Dr. Kurt Koch's writings, Anna received four songs from the Lord—gospel messages that caused lost souls to come to Christ during the Revival at Timor.
“She is an excellent 'home' missionary, and as she goes from house to house, she asks the people to bring their idols out and to destroy them,” Koch writes in his book Revival in Indonesia. “She has the gift of prophecy, too, and is able to tell people to their faces what sins they have committed.”

Is the Church Compromising the Gospel in the Name of Impacting Culture?
When we reported on a live sex show that has parents up in arms a couple of weeks ago, it drove a flurry of #StopSexBox hashtags on Twitter. What we didn't know then was that a pastor—a pastor who holds a doctorate in counseling and leads a national Christian women's ministry—is serving as a judge on the show.
Then there's the pastor's wife—an ordained minister in her own right—who is reportedly employed as an exit counselor in an abortion clinic because she believes women have the right to abortion and “God is a forgiving God.” Her son also works as a security guard at the location, which means they are effectively both taking blood money.
Are Bible-believing Christians overreacting by questioning the wisdom of a pastor endorsing sex on live TV or a woman of God and her son getting paid by an abortion clinic? You decide.
A&E Brings Immoral Swinging Lifestyle to Mainstream TV
If the romantic comedy Friends With Benefits didn't trouble you, I hope this does. A&E, the same network that brings us Duck Dynasty and all the Robertson family's Christian values, is broadcasting a disturbing new show called Neighbors With Benefits.
According to A&E's own description, the new original real-life series follows the residents of an average suburban community in Ohio where the couples maintain a not-so average way of life: “Neighbors are often more than just friends in this seemingly ordinary neighborhood that has become home to the controversial, yet surprisingly common, 'swinger' lifestyle.”
People magazine makes light of the immorality, jesting: “A&E has an important message for you: Soccer moms can be swingers, too!” The New York Post also takes its crack at humor, bantering: “They've got the white picket fence, the 2.5 kids—and a swinging sex life.”

What's so offensive about a sailor holding a baby cradled in an American flag? I'm not sure, but it's causing gnashing of teeth among some red-blooded Americans.
Vanessa Hicks shot the photo of Baby Landon, who was eight days old when she snapped various images of the newborn with his mother and with the American flag. But the image of his father, a member of the U.S. Navy, suspending the baby in an American flag has caused critics of an especially vile nature to attack Hicks.
“It was in their opinion I had disrespected our nation's flag. I had disrespected our country by taking this picture. Several of these people not only bashed the picture, but me, saying I should be ashamed of myself, my husband should be ashamed, etc. and I received several private messages to my business page,” Hicks, who is married to a sailor, wrote on Facebook. “They even took it a step farther and bashed the service member in the picture, hoping he gets in trouble for participating in desecration of the flag.”
A Season of Spiritual Warfare: Jezebel’s Witchcrafts Rising
When I wrote The Spiritual Warrior's Guide to Defeating Jezebel in 2012, I got sick six separate times. I literally didn't completely heal from one infirmity before another one manifested—and I had several out-of-the-blue migraines in the middle of it all.
Given that I rarely get sick, eat organic foods, exercise at least five days a week, sleep plenty, drink lots of water, pray for divine health and otherwise lead a healthy lifestyle, it was abundantly clear that this spurt of various ailments was a spiritual attack. The enemy didn't want me exposing the works of Jezebel and released spiritual witchcraft against me.
The Bible talks about Jezebel and her witchcrafts in 2 Kings 9:22. I believe infirmities are part of Jezebel's witchcrafts. Witchcraft is a spiritual force that the enemy uses to attack us. I don't know if this qualifies as a “fiery arrow of the evil one” that Paul describes in Ephesians 6, but I do know that we're in a spiritual war and it heightens this time of year. The question is, why?
